Bundle booking and cancellation terms
Discounted mock bundles may be cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before the next scheduled unused mock. If one or more mocks have already been completed, the completed mocks will be charged at the standard individual mock rate, then a £25 cancellation charge will be deducted; any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment card. Cancellations made with fewer than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable. Unused sessions cannot be transferred or substituted. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Example: if a five-mock bundle costs £210 and one mock has already been completed, the refund is calculated as £210 minus the standard individual rate for one completed mock minus the £25 cancellation charge.
This policy does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
