Our June CSSE will be hosted at Belfairs High School, Highlands Boulevard Leigh-on-Sea, SS9 3TG. Although this is extremely close to West Leigh Junior School, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The change in location has been caused by an issue that is out of our control.

Moreover, we would appreciate if customers did not chase up results before the end of these timeframes as this has the potential to delay the process.
Please note that we reserve the right to administer a £15 administrative charge for any changes to Mock exams.
Over 7 days notice: If you give us 7 or more days notice, we will gladly rearrange the mock booking to a future date where availability allows.
If you would like to cancel the mock and receive a refund then that will be subject to a £25 administrative charge.
The papers can be downloaded through your dashboard immediately after purchasing, so you can print and use them straight away or downloaded from your emailed order link. Unfortunately, we are not able to send physical copies.
Your child should only bring the minimum necessary equipment to an event i.e pen/pencil, ruler & rubber in a clear plastic bag/pencil case. Your child should also bring a drink (preferably water) and a small snack. Please note that FSCE exams do not allow you to bring in a watch/clock.
Please ensure that you allow hello@mathsconcierge.co.uk to your safe sender list. All receipts for purchases are automatically created during the sale process and once this is generated, this will act as your confirmation. Moreover, exam information is sent over between 24 and 96 hours prior to the mocks to inform parents of key information.
Our 11+ mock exams typically run from 9:00am-11.30pm/12:00pm depending on which exam is being taken. All information is available on the specific mock page and will be emailed out a week prior to the exam.
We will usually only mirror any arrangements confirmed by the CSSE administration. This is to ensure that your child receives the same support in a mock exam that they would receive in the 11+ exam itself.
A shadow paper is an identical copy of a Maths paper where the numbers (and sometimes contexts) have been changed.
Unfortunately children will be preassigned to a test area prior to a mock exam, just as they will be for the actual CSSE event.
Unfortunately not. Your child will be registered by a member of the Maths Concierge team and directed to their designated seat. This is in place to replicate the real experience of a CSSE exam day.
Also, unfortunately not. Our test centres do not have facilities for parents to wait during mock exams.
CSSE exams are held in the heart of bustling Leigh-on-Sea where we would be delighted to direct you to the best local places.
FSCE exams are held in Springfield which is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre, although there are coffee and food places close by.

We guarantee that any product purchased will not become cheaper throughout the academic year. As a result, our best prices are always shown.
Unfortunately, due to the type of product, we are unable to offer any refunds for downloadable products.
All product confirmations are automatically dispatched to the email when you book the product or service. Please check your junk mail as on occasion some mail providers automatically sift out emails into there!

Cancellation Policy:
All tutoring sessions require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the full session fee will be payable. In cases where more than one cancellation occurs within a single term, regardless of notice given, we reserve the right to reassign the regular time slot to another student to ensure consistent scheduling. This policy helps us maintain fairness and availability for all students.
Cancellation Policy:
We attempt to record Masterclass sessions so that students that are unable to attend are still able to benefit from the expertise. Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer bookings for non-attendance.
By paying the deposit and selecting a payment option, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

A full week-by-week schedule will be shared prior to the class start date. Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on tutor professional judgement and class needs.
All payments are due in advance by the deadlines stated. Your £20 deposit will be deducted from the first invoice issued.
Term 1: 15 sessions x £20 = £300 (Due by 21st August 2025)
Term 2: 11 sessions x £20 = £220 (Due by 1st January 2026)
Term 3: 13 sessions x £20 = £260 (Due by 12th April 2026)
Full Year: 39 sessions x £15 = £585 (Due by 21st August 2025)
Group Class: 39 sessions x £10 = £390
VIP Membership: £600 (12 months @ £60/month, 2 months free)
Total: £990 (Due by 21st August 2025)
The VIP Platinum offer is available on one Group Class only. Additional classes will be offered the standard 15% discount if paid termly or yearly.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
Payment must be made by the specified deadlines. Failure to do so will incur standard late payment charges.
Continued non-attendance without communication may result in your child’s place being reallocated to another student.
The £20 deposit is non-refundable.
Maths Concierge reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the timetable or curriculum delivery method based on group needs and tutor availability.
All resources and group sessions are the intellectual property of Maths Concierge and may not be shared externally without permission.
The VIP Membership content (mini papers, solutions, walkthroughs, etc.) is licensed to the enrolled student only and must not be redistributed.
